About Louise

Since having a child recently I’ve been lucky enough to retrain and turn my passion for fitness into a career, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping people maximise their potential, I enjoy finding new ways to motivate and challenge those that I work with.

I particularly enjoy combining resistance training with cardio to create a fat burning workout that will torch calories and improve your body composition as efficiently as possible, using a wide range of fun tools including kettlebells and the vipr. As a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer I’m on hand to support you on your journey to a fitter and healthier you! I look forward to working with you in the Studio soon.

About Petru

I have proven ability to evaluate clients’ fitness and personal goals and help achieve their target. I am passionate about the way people can improve their life through physical exercise and am always willing to try new techniques to enhance success levels. I am also a qualified massage therapist; I had delivered more than 500 massage treatments working with a wide range of individuals from amateurs runners to people who were not engaged in any form of physical exercise.

My approach is very simple, I listen to what people want to achieve in their lives and I link their goals with their physical health, showing them how much easier is to make those positive changes if they become fitter and stronger.

About Kelly

I am a level 3 personal trainer and level 3 sports massage therapist.

Since 2009 I have been passionate about helping others to reach their fitness goals in a fun, life changing way, believing that Health and Fitness is a journey for everyone and not just a destination.

With 4 years’ experience as a Gym Instructor, Class Teacher and Personal Trainer, I then decided to train clients outdoors and in their homes, often found running the streets at 6am doing the odd burpee.

In 2013 I decided to expand on my knowledge with an accreditation with Brighton Holistics as a Level 3 Holistic Sports Massage Therapist, enabling me to further understand the body and to help my clients remain injury and stress free through massage and stretching techniques.

I have successfully completed many half marathons and one marathon, and taken many clients through endurance training programmes with great success, often having to use my bicycle due to clients starting to outpace me.

I am passionate about body building and I strength train 5 times a week and have competed in 3 Bikini Shows, each time learning more about nutrition, fat loss and hypertrophy (muscle growth), and what it involves to be disciplined on a strict nutrition programme.

That aside I am on a mission to be the best and healthiest version of myself with mental clarity and disease prevention being my main focus, where fat loss is but a great by product. Who’s coming along for the ride with me?

Small Group PT combines the many benefits of One to One Personal Training with the Small Group environment, bringing individual workouts and added fun and camaraderie. Small Group PT sessions are 45 minutes in duration, including a Warm Up and Cool Down, and will focus entirely on your own individual goals.

Small Group PT sessions are limited to a maximum number of 4 members per session, to ensure you get a great workout, and all the help, support and supervision you require. Monthly weigh in and measure will be encouraged to track your progress. If you have any questions about Small Group PT, please email and one of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
